HOW DO I CHANGE MY PRODUCT ?

You can make a change within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. 

All returned products must be unused and must be accompanied by all labels, packaging and, where applicable, the original documents and accessories with which they were purchased. As all products are subject to quality control shortly before they are shipped to you, understand that any returned products that have defects (damage to the frame or lens) or signs of use (makeup stains) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. at his own expense as they are considered to be used. 

No changes are made to the discount items & the items that are part of an offer. If the User does not follow the above instructions, de-sunglasses reserves the right to reject the return request.

As soon as we receive the product that is intended for change and we consider that it is appropriate for change, a coupon of equal value of the product you returned will be sent to your email. Your coupon will expire automatically in 15 days. From the coupon that will be sent to you, 5.00 € will be deducted (shipping costs charge), if you are in Greece.

WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?

In case you want a refund, it is necessary to return the purchase receipt in the package while we will execute it using the same means of payment that you used for your initial transaction (within 14 working days from the date of receipt and control of returned products).

The deadline is considered to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 day period. You must send the product together with the original receipt and the return form, otherwise the return will not be accepted, without exceptions. The return process starts as soon as we receive the product, and if the product meets the return conditions (it is not damaged, opened, etc.). The original receipt must be included for all Returns, without exception, nor will we accept it scanned afterwards. In case you have paid by COD, please fill in the details of your IBANK in the return form included in your package.

2. As soon as we receive your parcel, it will undergo quality control. If we deem that it needs a refund and is accompanied by the original receipt, you will receive the money in your account within 14 days.


Please check if you meet the return requirements before making your return. In case the return conditions are not met, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense. The products to be returned are posted at your own risk with the shipping of your choice, so we recommend that they be well packaged and seal the outer box.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

Although we check all of the sunglasses carefully right before they ship, if you receive a faulty item there is no need to worry!


You can return to de-sunglasses, free of charge, any product with a manufacturing defect. 

The User has at his disposal 2 days from the moment he realizes the unsuitability of the product to inform the de-sunglasses about the above. After the expiration of the above deadline, all damages will be the responsibility of the User. 

The return of products that show manufacturing defects will not incur any additional charges to the User. 


In order to replace you the product, the User must contact De-sunglasses within the 2-day period provided via the contact form, indicating the product or products to be returned and replaced, attaching a photograph and a detailed description of the defects they present. After de-sunglasses receives the User's message, they will inform him within 48 hours whether the return is approved or not. 


In case the return is approved, de-sunglasses will indicate to the user how to receive or send the defective product to its offices / warehouses. All returned products must be unused, and must be accompanied by all labels, packaging and, where appropriate, the original documents and accessories with which they were purchased.


If the User does not follow the above instructions, de-sunglasses reserves the right to reject the return request. Once the product has been received and the defects have been verified, de-sunglasses will offer the user replacement of the product with identical features, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate to de-sunglasses. In case the delivery of a product of the same characteristics is not possible due to lack of inventory, the User will be able to choose between the termination of the contract (the refund of the paid amount) or the sending of a different model to the liking of the User. 


Delivery of a new product with the same characteristics or the new model chosen by the User, as the case may be, will take place within 2-4 working days from the date that de-sunglasses will confirm the User's request for the replacement of the defective product or the sending a new model.

De-sunglasses's lenses provide UV400 protection. 

They provide you a complete protection from the ultraviolet rays of the sun as they meet the following standards: Australian standard 

AS / NZS 1067: 2003 and standard EN ISO 12312-1: 2013 according to the European Community Directive 89/686 / EEC.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR THE PRODUCTION?

Well, as you may already know, all of our products are 100% handmade. From the design, to the selection of the materials 'till the final result. 

We choose the best materials in order to have the perfect result for your eyes, keeping in mind that your and our eyes are irreplaceable.


We use Italian Acetate or Metal depending on the model, and mostly CR-39 lenses which are super durable. However, we also produce some models with Polarized lenses. You can always find these information in the description of its product.

IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?

Yes of course! We respect the environment we live in, so we took extra care of the outer packaging. 


We use a paper box that can be recycled and no plastic at all! With small steps at the time, we can all make a difference. There is no planet B.
